*Job Description
-Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
-Organizing company’s policy structure
-Help the Company to achieve short and long term business grow
-Provincial work trip
-Promote workplace safety.
-Interconnecting with supplier for stationeries site materials, tasks and others assigned by CEO
-Investigate and understand causes for staff absences
-Preparing job announcement for posting and keeping resumes
-Preparing recruitment interview
-Arranging incoming and outgoing letter
-Monthly report to CEO
-Organizing officially document needed
-Preparing and updating Staff listing
*Job Requirements
-Preferable HR/Admin experience
-Participation in any team work
-Excellent communicator and interpersonal skill
-Able to handle difficult business situation and able to negotiate well.
-Maintain professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public
-Good command of English, written and spoken; and computer literate (Word, PPT, Access, Outlook, Excel)
-Able to work under pressure
-High self-motivation
-Can work independently
